Noir et Blanc “Indistinct Chatter”

Having released her album Kinds Of Sadness only a month ago, Amber Ramsay (Cloud Tangle) seems to have not missed a step in letting inspiration run freely during this time, which has forced postponement of her own album launch. Here, she has taken the project name Noir et Blanc to offer an ep entitled “Indistinct Chatter”. The ep is a selection of five beautifully dark, ambient, piano and synth compositions which reflect her musical attraction to brooding and evocative, lo-fi writing. What differentiates this release, however, is the absence of the blissed out, dreamy vocal stylings, which instead leaves an even wider scope for the listener to connect with. It is a wonderful accompaniment to Kinds Of Sadness, but also holds its own as a prelude to her next release.
